摘要
采用水热氢还原法制备镍包金剐石材料,采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对金剐石及镍包金刚石进行表征,分析包覆过程中各因素的影响。结果表明,适宜的包覆条件为搅拌转速900r/min,反应温度120~130℃,反应压力为4.0MPa,催化剂浓度为0.05~0.2g/L,包覆量大时应采用多次包覆。
The nickel-coated diamond is prepared by hydrothermal hydrogen reduction, the diamond and the product are characterized by SEM micrographs and XRD patterns, and the effects of various factors on the coating process are analyzed. The optimal parameters are determined by the results that the stirring speed 900r/min, reaction temperature 120 - 130℃, reaction pressure 4. 0MPa, concentration of catalyst 0.05 - 0. 2g/L, preparation by multiple coating is better than one-pass coating when the deposition amount is high.
