摘要
研究废黄铜电解制备氧化亚铜粉末的过程,考察电解温度、NaCl浓度、NaOH浓度、电流密度对氧化亚铜产品性能指标的影响。结果表明最佳工艺条件为电解温度70~80℃、NaCl浓度260~280g/L、NaOH浓度0.5~1.0g/L、电流密度500~800A/m^2。在此条件下,可制得符合国标GB1620—79的氧化亚铜含量在95%的-级品。
The process of cuprous oxide powder from scrap brass by electrolysis is investigated, and the effects of operating parameters such as temperature, concentration of NaCl and NaOH in electrolyte, anode current density on the quality of cuprous oxide are determined. The results show that the optimal condition is electrolytic temperature 70-80℃, concentration of NaCl 260- 280g/L, concentration of NaOH 0.5 - 1.0g/L, anode current density 500 - 800A/m^2. The cuprous oxide powder 95 % in purity and consonant with the state standard GB1620 - 79 is achieved under the optimal condition.
