真空碳热还原氯化法从铝土矿炼铝的实验 被引量:3

Aluminum Extraction from Bauxite by Carbonthermic Reduction-Chlorination under Vacuum Condition

摘要 考察反应时间、反应温度、还原剂用量对真空碳热还原氯化法从铝土矿炼铝过程的影响。结果表明,真空碳热还原氯化法从铝土矿炼铝的起点温度一定高于1170℃,从1270~1570℃随着温度的升高,金属的直收率有所提高。随反应时闻延长,金属直收率有所增加,但超过120min后,直收率增长缓慢。较适宜的焦炭用量为理论量的1.5倍。 The effects of the technological conditions such as reaction time, reaction temperature and reductant dosage on the process of aluminum extraction from bauxite by carbonthermic reduction-chlorination under vacuum are investigated. The results show that the initial temperature of the reaction process is above 1170℃, and the extraction rate of the aluminum is increased with the increase of the reaction temperature from 1270℃ to 1570℃. The extraction rate of the aluminum is increased with the prolonging of reaction time, while the increasing become slowly after 120 min reaction. The optimal dosage of coke as reductant is 1.5 times of the stoichiometry.
