鸡传染性支气管炎病毒BD01株S1基因的特性分析 被引量:1

Characteristical Analysis of the S1 Gene of IBV DB01 Strain

摘要 用RT-PCR扩增了鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)DB01株S1基因,获得了约1.7 kb的基因序列,利用DNAMan软件对DB01株S1基因的核苷酸和氨基酸序列与标准疫苗株H120、H52和M41进行比较。结果表明,其同源性均低于80%,亲缘关系比较远。在DB01的S1蛋白氨基酸序列上出现了5个新的糖基化位点,1个糖基化位点丢失,其中有3个变异位点在抗原表位上。亲水性也发生了较大变化。 S1 Gene of IBV DB01 strain was amplified by RT-PCR. Sequence detection and analysis reveal that the gene of DB01 strain is about 1.7 kb in length. The S1 gene of DB01 strain was sequenced and compared with H120 H52 and M41 standard strains which were reported from home to abroad. The results showed that the homologies of nucleotides and the predicted amino acids between DB01 strain and standard strains reported abroad is less than 80.0%. The evolutionary distance between DB01 strain and the stand- ard strains is very far. There are five new glycosylation sites in DB01 strain, and one glycosylation site has lost,3 variation sites are in antigenic epitopes. The hydrophilicity and hydrophobic regions of amino acids chaged greatly.
