摘要
以As20Ge20Se40Te20硫系玻璃为基础玻璃,以Si3N4为引入氮的添加剂,制备了不同Si3N4含量的硫氮玻璃试样。经性能测试结果表明,与基础硫系玻璃相比,硫氮玻璃的转变温度和显微硬度明显提高,热膨胀系数略有降低,密度则在Si3N4加入量较小的某一组成点上呈最大值。硫氮玻璃的透红外性能良好,尤其是存在于红外透过区的一系列氧杂质吸收峰的消失,表明具有较强还原能力的氮化物还是一种有效的除氧剂。硫氮玻璃的红外和拉曼光谱则显示,在硫氮玻璃结构中有含氮的结构单元存在。硫氮玻璃的密度测定值与计算值的比较则进一步证实了这一推断。
The As 20 Ge 20 Se 60 Te 20 chalcogenide glass Si 3N 4 powder are used in the present study as the base glass and the source of introducing nitrogen,respectively,to prepare the chalconitride glass samples with different Si 3N 4 content.The property measurements show the higher transition temperature T g,microhardness HV and the lower expansion coefficient α by comparing with the base chalcogenide glass,while the density shows a maximum at a certain point.The IR transmittance of the chalconitride glass is also good with the disappearance of some oxygen impurity absorption bands due to the role of Si 3N 4 as a reducing agent.The IR and Raman spectra suggest the existence of some nitrogen containing structural units in the chalconitride glass.The comparison of the density between the base chalcogenide glass and the chalconitride glass further confirms the above suggestion.
