盐角草和毕氏海蓬子幼苗对盐胁迫的生理响应 被引量:3

摘要 以盐角草、毕氏海蓬子为材料,研究了NaCl胁迫下盐生植物毕氏海蓬子和盐角草幼苗抗氧化系统酶活性以及一些渗透物质的含量变化.结果表明,盐胁迫下盐角草和毕氏海蓬子幼苗抗氧化酶SOD、CAT、脯氨酸含量、MDA含量以及O2-.产生速率变化基本一致,都呈先升后降趋势;而POD和可溶性蛋白变化存在差异,体现了两者在对盐胁迫响应机制上的不同.同时实验还表明,两材料能正常生长的盐浓度范围在200 mmol/L以内. Antioxidant enzyme system and content of Osmoregulator of Salicomia europaea L., and Salicomia bigelovii Torr. under salt stress was studied. The result showed that the change about antioxidant enzyme system SOD, CAT, content of proline, and speeding rate of O2 was accord. They were rise first and then decress. It were difference on POD and content of soluble protein. It indicated that Salicornia europaea L., and Salicomia bigelovii Torr. were dissimilarity about respond mechanism to salt stress.. The results also indicate that Salicornia europaea L., and Salicornia bigelovii Torr. could growth normally within the scope of salt solution at 200 mmol/L.
