摘要
创造性是一种人性特质,贯通创造性思维能力与创造性人格特质的认知方式(思维方式)是创造性的心理主角,符合创造教学的教学方式和师生关系是创造性实现的内在教育条件,创造性孕育于多质文化。
Creativity is a trait of humanity. Cognitive style which connects creative thinking with the personality trait is the central role of creativity. The teaching style and the relation between teachers and students which fits the creative teaching are the internal condition for teaching creativity. Creativity is produced from the multiplicate culture.
