摘要
张謇与罗振玉都是生活在我国向半封建半殖民地社会急剧转变的历史时期,面对着亡国与灭种的可能,两人共同高举教育救国的旗帜并付诸于实际行动,对我国清末民初的教育事业做出了不可磨灭的贡献。他们在实施教育救国过程中尽管许多见解是一致的,但由于两人的生活背景不同,政治目标的追求也不同,这就构成了两人的差异。但他们都给后人留下了一笔极丰富的物质与文化遗产。
Both Zhang Jian and Luo Zhenyu lived in the historical period when China was turning dramatically from the semi-feudalism to the semi-colonialism, and facing the possibility of perdition and extinction. Both of them held high the banner of rescuing China through education and put it into practice. They made an indelible contribution to the educational cause at the end of the Qing Dynasty and in the beginning of the Republic of China. Although they shared many of the opinions, yet because they came from different backgrounds, they had different political aims and ambitions, therefore difference existed between them. However, both of them had given the younger generations a rich heritage in both material and culture.
