摘要
20世纪初,教会女子大学的设立开了近代中国女子高等教育的先河。本文从办学方式、课程体系和教学制度等方面探讨了民国时期教会女子大学人才培养的主要模式,并归纳出特色性、实用性、实践性、情感性等特点。虽然教会在中国创办女子大学具有明确的文化侵略目的,但是,就其办学的具体做法而言,对我们今天女子专门人才的培养仍有着借鉴意义。
In the early 20th century, the Christian colleges for women started the pioneering stage of the modem higher education for women. Based on the college management pattern, the courses and teaching systems, the writer does a research on the talent training pattern in the Christian colleges for women during the early reign of the Republic of China, and summaries their features as follows： religious, practical, emotional. The author hopes that it can give some reference for the education of women professionals in China.
