论教师职业倦怠及其对策

Ennui of Teacher Occupation and Its Countermeasures

教师职业倦怠是当前教师中普遍存在的一种职业心理问题,也是一个困扰教育界的比较头痛的问题。从心理和社会角度分析教师职业倦怠的成因及其带来的负面影响,并从教师、学校、社会三个层面提出缓解教师职业倦怠的对策,以实现教师的心理与职业健康、和谐发展。

The ennui of teacher occupation is a widely existing psychological problem among teachers in resent years, and also a headache problem which has been worrying the educational administration. This paper tries to analyze the causes and the negative impacts aroused by the occupation ennui from the mental and the social angles, at the same time, to put forward some countermeasures to ease this phenomenon from three aspects： teacher, school and society to achieve a healthy and harmonious development both in teachers＇ psychology and occupation.
