Starting from the notation of the Kauffman diagram, the invariance of the Yang Baxter equation(YBE) under the discrete group{id, H, V, VH} is discussed and found. It follows that the solution space of YBE has the discrete group symmetry. This group causes a known solution of YBE to generate other three solutions of YBE.
