摘要
在轴承振动测试的基础上,对深沟球轴承振动加速度峰值、波峰因数与异常声的关系进行了统计分析,结果表明,波峰因数、振动加速度峰值与轴承异常声之间具有密切的相关性,从总体变化趋势来看,存在一个最佳波峰因数,对轴承异常声的有效判定率最高。这一结论,能够解决轴承异常声的判定并为深沟球轴承振动峰值技术条件标准的制订提供了可靠的试验依据。
On the basis of bearing vibration testing,the relationship between the vibration acceleration peak value,crest factor and abnormal sound of deep groove ball bearings has been statistically analyzed.The results show that crest factor and the vibration acceleration peak value have close relativity with abnormal sound.From overall varying tendency,there is an optimum crest factor at which effective evaluating ratio for bearing abnormal sound is the highest.This conclusion can solves the evaluation of bearing abnormal sound and provides reliable testing basis for vibration peak value specifications standard of deep groove ball bearings.
