摘要
采用传统溶剂法与纤维素酶法提取乌饭树叶色素,确定了溶剂提取法的最佳工艺为:浸提温度65℃,醇浓度55%,固液比1∶40;纤维素酶法提取的最佳工艺为:加酶量0.30mg/mL,酶解时间3.0h,提取时间2.0h。结果表明,纤维素酶法提取与有机溶剂提取相比,吸光值提高12.3%,色素浓度有所上升。
Using enzyme,a new technology of extracting pigment from Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb. leaf was developed,and optimum extraction conditions were determined experimentally.The single organic dissolvent extraction condition was:temperature 65℃, alcohol concentration 55%,and the ratio of solid to liquid 1∶40.The optimum condition using cellulose enzymatic method was:enzyme concentration 0.30 mg/mL,enzymatic hydrolysis time 3.0 h,extracting time 2.0 h.The results showed that the cellulose enzymatic extraction technology was characterized by its higher extraction yield than organic dissolvent extraction.The extraction yield of pigment was increased by 12.3%.
