概述了地理标志产品保护制度的起源以及如何申报地理标志产品保护,分析了我国食用菌地理标志产品保护的现状及存在的问题,并阐述了地理标志产品保护对食用菌产业发展的意义。
The origin of the rules of the protection for geographic indications and how to declare the protection for geographic indications were summarized. The status and problems in existence of the protection for geographic indications of edible mushroom were analyzed. The meaning of the protection for geographic indications for edible mushroom of our country was also expatiated.
