摘要
运用DEA方法对1990—2005年间的农业生产效率分析表明,56.25%的决策单元为有效决策单元,我国农业生产效率正朝着积极的方向发展。对总效率的分解可以发现,规模效率总体偏低,技术效率所带来的积极因素在很大程度上被抵消。通过对无效决策单元的调整目标分析表明,长期以来,我国农业的发展是以巨大的资源投入作为代价的,针对存在的问题,给出建议。
DEA are used to analyze agricultural production efficiency between 1990 and 2005, and the result indicates that 56.25% of the units is effective policy-making unit. Agricultural production efficiency is facing the positive direction to develop. By decomposing the total efficiency, we can find that scale efficiency is somewhat low, and the advantage brought by technical efficiency is counterbalanced to a great extent. Adjustment goals of ineffective policy-making units suggest that agricultural development of china is at the cost of giant resources investment. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions.
