摘要
为提高竞争力和精益化生产,钢铁企业要求加强成本全面控制、细化成本管理,由此提出了基于ERP/MES平台的成本管理模型。该模型采用UML通用建模语言和ROSE建模工具对系统进行功能分析和设计,在J2EE体系结构下开发了一个基于ERP/MES平台的生产成本管理系统。该系统已在某特钢企业得到应用,达到了降低成本核算工作量,加强成本控制,为经营决策服务的目的。
Aiming at increasing core competitive power and make lean production,the special steel enterprise demands of all - round cost control and elaborate, this paper presents a ERP/MES oriented cost management model. The production cost management system which adopting J2EE platform uses UML （UnifiedModeling Language） and ROSE modeling tool to analyze and design the system functions, and it is based on the ERP/MES. At present this system has been developed and used in a certain special steel enterprise, which has been proved to meet the demands of alleviating the workload, enhancing cost control and serving for management decision - making.
