摘要
网络时延抖动以及时钟偏移等问题,会对媒体流播放是否流畅产生重要影响。从客户终端的角度来讨论如何优化设置和管理缓冲区,以及平滑媒体流的播放,并提出了以SLOW-START为启动模型的动态缓冲控制算法。该算法可以有效地减小起始状态的播放延迟,并有效防止缓冲区上溢造成的播放跳跃以及缓冲区下溢造成的播放停顿。
The problem of delay -jitter and clock -skew in the network has a great influence on the continuity of stream media' s playing. This paper discusses about the optimization of buffer' s design and management in the view of client terminal PC so as to smoothen the stream media, and presents the dynamic buffer control algorithm modeled with SLOW -START. The playing latency is effectively short- ened by the proposed algorithm. Moreover, the playing stall caused by buffer underflow and the playing hopping caused by buffer overflow are prevented effectively.
