摘要
在永磁同步直线电机(PMLSM)磁场定向矢量控制中,必须知道d轴和a相绕组中线的夹角θ,才能进行有效的控制。给出了经典的速度位置观测器,并对磁链积分方法进行了改进,利用一阶低通滤波器加PI调节代替纯积分器,消除了纯积分器的漂移和直流偏置误差。仿真和试验结果表明,基于此观测器的PMLSM无传感器矢量控制具有良好的动态稳定性,其响应速度快,指令跟踪能力强。
In field oriented vector control of permanet magnet linear synchronous motor ( PMLSM ), the knowledge of θ,the angle between the d-q reference frame, and the frame of motor winding, is fundamental. In this paper a combined position and speed estimation algorithm for PMLSM is presented ,where a low pass filter(LPF) together with a PI regulator is presented and analyzed for showing their efficiency in term of solving the problem associated with pure integrator and achieving the combination objectives in both steady state and dynamic operation. Simulation and experiment results show the proposed sensorless drive has a good dynamic steady performance, and the response of the system was rapid and the tracking error was small.
