摘要
提出一种基于电量计算的异步电机负载转矩检测新方法。从异步电机的数学模型入手,推导了静止二相直角坐标系下转矩与电压、电流关系表达式,进而实现了只需检测电机的定子电压、电流即可准确辨识出异步电机的瞬时输出转矩。仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的正确性和有效性。
A new load torque measurement of asynchronous motor strategy based on calculating the electrical parameters was proposed. The expression of the torque corresponding to the voltage and current in the two phase static reference frame was based on the mathematic model. Then instantanous output torque of asynchronous motor was iden- tified only with the voltage and current of asynchronous motor stator. The simulation and experimental results proved the validity and practicality of this method.
