摘要
大型工业平移门起动、制动惯性大,运行环境差,门体高,需要低速转矩特性好的驱动单元。无刷直流电机以其相应特点被选用。利用单片机作电子换向的霍尔脉冲,以门体开合位置信号取代维护困难的机电式限位开关,以AT24C04作为数据掉电保存器件,使用CD4051电子开关,避开使用D/A转换方案,简化了软硬件设计,使现场调试更加方便。
It' s difficult to speedup and slowdown heavy industrial sliding doors the bad operating environment, over high etc. For drive unit which has powerful force in low speed torque the BLDC could be chosen. HALL plus can be used by MCU as a flag of open and close position. Instead of mechanical electric Limit switch which need mainte- nance. Using AT24C04 as memory unit to hold data, using electronic switch CD4051 rather than D/A converter, simples the circuit design, resulting in easy assembly and adjust and service in the working field.
