摘要
指出了地方高校在构建学习型社会中应当承担的责任,分析了国家28所示范性高职院校建设计划,说明地方高校存在学习的阶段性、自我封闭性和教学定位的精英型,并提出地方高校只有适度控制规模,主动出击,融入社区,准确定位,确立服务观点,对社区全方位开放,才能承担起建设区域性学习型社会的重任。
Local technical colleges and institutes should shoulder the responsibility in building a learning--oriented society. The analysis of construction projects of China;s 28 model technical colleges and institutes reveals their existing problems, i. e. , discontinuity of learning stages, self containing and elite-orientated teaching; therefore, local technical colleges and institutes should appropriately control its scale, take an initiative action into community activities, establish the concept of serving community with accurate perspective, so as to take up the building of a regional learning-oriented society.
