摘要
以苯酚、乙醛酸和乙二胺等为原料,合成了氨羧基螯合剂EDDHA。采用正交实验法,研究了反应温度、反应时间、反应物料摩尔配比等对EDDHA收率的影响。结果表明,合成EDDHA的优化条件为:反应温度75℃,反应时间4 h,苯酚∶乙醛酸(摩尔比)=1.2∶1.0,产品收率87.0%,含量98.7%。在此基础上,制备了农业发展所需的铁螯合物微量元素肥EDDHA-Fe。
On the basis of various reaction temperature, reaction time, and mole ratio of reactant, the amino-carboxyl group chelating agent EDDHA and its iron chelate EDDHA-Fe was synthesized from phenol,glyoxylic acid and ethylenediamine with orthogonal test, and the optimum condition are as follows:reaction temperature 75 ℃ ,reaction time 4 h ,phenol: glyoxylic acid ( mole ratio) is 1.2 : 1.0 ,the yield of product is 87.0% and content is 98.7%.
