摘要
以起始外观、冷藏[(0±2)℃,7 d]外观、热贮[(54±2)℃,14 d]外观和/或稀释稳定性(1∶200倍液)合格和/或流动性好为标准,考察了不同表面活性剂、助剂、助溶剂、水的用量等对30%三唑磷微乳剂性能的影响。结果表明,优化的配方为:三唑磷30%,丁醇1%~3%,二甲苯3%~5%,二甲基甲酰胺3%~5%,乳化剂(500#、NPE-PO4、1602#和400#按一定比例混合)17%~20%,水余量。该微乳剂贮藏稳定性良好,平均分解率为2%;田间药效试验显示,在有效成分浓度相同时,30%三唑磷微乳剂药效好于40%三唑磷乳油,但两者差异性不显著,前者的工厂成本比后者低。
According to the standard appearance of initial preparation cold storage [ (0 ± 2) ℃ ,7 d], heat storage [54(±2) ℃ ,14 d] and/or qualified dilution stability( 1:200 fluid) and/or good mobility, we have carried out the screening tests recipes of 30% triazophos fenvalerate microemulsion using different surfactants, solvents, co-solvents and water. The result shows that optimized formula: triazophos is 30% ;butyl alcohol is 1% ~ 3% ; xylene is 3% ~ 5% ; DMF is 3% ~ 5% ; emulsifier (500#, NPEPO4, 1602# and 400#) is 17% ~ 20% and water else. The microemulsion has good dilution stability,average decomposition ratio 2% ; the influence of field conditions is 30% triazophos microemulsion better than 40% triazophos EC ,but the difference between two emulsifiers is not remarkable,the cost of 30% triazophos microemulsion is lower than 40% triazophos EC.
