摘要
对大型四角切向喷燃锅炉中由于燃烧器四角布置带来的炉内燃烧不均匀性引起的炉膛出口烟温偏差大,以至引起锅炉主蒸汽和再热蒸汽温度偏差较大的原因进行了数值研究,探讨了不同燃烧条件下一、二次风旋转方向、屏式过热器、二次风切圆直径等对烟温偏差的影响。
Based on the coal fired boiler of a 300MW set in Shiheng Power Plant, Shandong Province and another one of 600MW set in Shi Dong Kou Power Plant, Shanghai, numerical simulation of the flue ges temperature deviation in the upper part of the boiler has been carried out to study the causes and the ways to reduce the deviation. The effects of the direction of the primary and secondary air, the plate superheaters as well as the diameter of the tangential circle of the secondary air on the deviation under different combustion conditions are discussed.
