乳酸钠林格氏液腹腔注入对大鼠左心室收缩功能及心肌酶谱的影响

摘要 目的探讨腹腔注水成像技术的应用安全性。方法健康SD大鼠50只,雌雄各半,随机分为5组,A组为对照组;B、C、D、E组分别为腹腔注入乳酸钠林格氏液后10min组、1h组、24h组及7d组。对5组大鼠左心室收缩功能(FS、EF、SV)、血清心肌酶谱(LDH、CK、CK-MB、α-HBD)水平进行监测。结果各实验组大鼠左心室收缩功能各参数与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各实验组大鼠心脏心肌酶谱各指标与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B、C组心率(HR)与A组比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论未发现腹腔注水成像技术对大鼠左心室收缩功能及心肌酶学产生明显影响。 Objective To evaluate the safety of intra- abdominal medium enhancement ultrasonic imaging technology. Methods Healthy 50 SD(Sprague - Dawley) rats were divided into 5 groups randomly : group A was normal group, group B, C, D, E was sodium lactate Ringer's injection injected into abdominal cavity after 10 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours and 7 days respectively. Transthoracic echocardiography(TTE) was performed to assess left ventricular systolic function IS, EF and SV with these groups in different period. Myocardium zymogram LDH, α - HBD, CPK and CPK- MB level were measured with these groups. Results Left ventricular Systolic function IS, EF, SV and myocardium zymogram LDH, α - HBD, CPK, CK - MB were all no difference between experiment groups and normal group( P 〉 0.05). HR of group B and C were faster than that of normal group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Left ventricular function and myocardium zymogranl were not effected by intraabdominal medium enhancement ultrasonic imaging technology.
