摘要
在CIM技术中一个很重要的问题是如何评价系统的集成程度,为此分析了集成量度的基本要求,并应用模糊积分理论提出了集成度的定量评价方法.
In CIM technology, the integration is aimed mainly at information collection and exchange. One of the major problems is how to evaluate the integration degree of an integrated manufacturing system. At present, the integration degree is mainly expressed by vague semantemes. In this paper, the basic requirements on the measure of integration are analyzed, and five aspects are included, namely, the integration level, the integration scope, the direction of data flow, the information completeness and standardization. In order to overcome the shortcoming in conventional evaluation where the evaluation is unduly dependent on individual experts, a quantitative evaluating method for integration degree using the fuzzy integral theory and with given referential marking criteria is proposed.
