摘要
为了解巨桉内含物对牧草的化感作用,试验采用培养皿水培的生物检测方法,研究了不同浓度的巨桉根、鲜叶、凋落物及混合物浸提液(1∶10、1∶20、1∶50、1∶100 w/v)对白三叶、紫花苜蓿、黑麦草的化感作用。结果表明,各处理的浸提液对3草种幼苗生长影响显著,化感作用与受体种类、化感物质的类别及其浓度有关,各处理的化感强度存在显著的差异。与对照相比,各部分浸提液对白三叶萌发有显著的抑制作用,对黑麦草根生长有抑制作用,对紫花苜蓿根、苗生长和白三叶苗生长有促进作用。
To study the allelopathic potentials of Eucalyptus grandis on three species of pastures, effects of the different concentration ( 1 : 10, 1 : 20, 1 : 50, 1 : 100 w/v) of the water extracts of Eucalyptus grandis on the seed germination and seedlings growth of whiteclover ( Trifolium repens L. ), alfalfa ( Eupatorium coelestinurn L. ), Italian ryegrass ( Lolium multiJTorum Lain. ) were investigated. The results showed that the allelopathy of the water extracts of the roots, the fresh leaves, the litterfall and the mixture of Eucalyptus grandis varied with receptor variations, the allelopathic substances categories and the concentration of water extracts. The water extracts of Eucalyptus grandis inhibited the seed germination of whiteclover and root growth of seedlings of Italian ryegrass, but promoted the seedlings growth of alfalfa.
