摘要
农民非农用土地经济权益是农民权益的重要组成部分,它关系农民家庭及子孙后代长远的生产发展权和生活福利权,是涉及诸多关系与矛盾的综合性制度和政策问题。以我国土地征用制度对农民非农用土地经济权益的影响为研究对象,揭示现行制度下农民非农用土地经济权益受侵害的症结,认为现行土地征用制度的缺陷是农民非农用土地经济权益受损的直接原因。
Non-farmland economic rights and interests are important component of farmers＇ rights as it affects the development right and the welfare right for their family and their descendant in the long run, so it is a matter of comprehensive system and policy which involves many factors. This paper analyzed the effect of land expropriation system on farmers＇ non-farmland rights and interests and revealed the chief factors of non-farmland economic rights being encroached under the existing system and regarded the defect of existing system of land expropriation as the immediate cause.
