Discussion on the Construction of the Rural Harmonious Society

党的十六届五中全会提出了建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务,它是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。没有农村社会的和谐,就不可能有整个社会的和谐。就新农村和谐社会建构的重要性以及在新农村和谐社会建构中出现的经济、政治、文化、社会建设等方面的问题进行了论述,并提出了相应的建议。

Fifth Plenary Section of the Sixteenth Center Committee of the Party has defined the significant historic task of consturcting a socialist new countryside, which is the important part of the construction of the socialist harmonious society. Without the harmonious rural area, it is impossible to have a whole harmonious society. This paper expounds the importance of the construction of harmonious rural areas and its problems which is emerging in the economic, political, cultural and social field, The corresponding solution are also presented.
