摘要 针对目前同类产品中测量误差偏大、功能单一等不足,设计采用MSP430F435单片机,实现灵活配置多种测温传感器,对温度进行高精度测量的低功耗便携式测温仪。该仪表能够连续多点测温,具有记忆、打印等功能,可以随时连接打印机,打印已测量的数据,在线或离线进行分析处理。特别适合高炉热负荷水温差测量领域,或者连续多点温度和温差的测量场合。采用分段(每十度分段)对温度-热电势间非线性关系的线性化,提高了系统的测温精度。实际使用证明,该仪表具有可靠性高、便携性好、功能齐全、功耗低、适用场合广泛、测温精度高等特点。 This design used the MSP430F435 single chip microcomputer, collocated multiple sensor. It is a hign precision device for measuring temperature. The meter overcame the shortcomings of the same kind products such as partially large deviation or single function and so on. This device can sequentially measure multiple points. With the function of memory and print, it can print the data you have measured connecting the printer whenever you want, for analyzing the data on line or not. Particularly suit the field of furnace shaft thermal burden difference in water temperature, or the field of sequentially multiple points measuring. The measurer in- crease the system precision by distribute ten section for linear the not linear between temperature and thermoelectric. It is proved in practical application that there are several specially characterists such as hign dependable, well portable, multifunctional, low power, broadly application situation, hign precision and so on.
