摘要
为探索单晶铜连铸过程的最佳控制参数,自行研制开发了热型连铸单晶铜超低速、高精度控制系统。主要部件采用SPCE061A单片机、交流伺服电动机及D/A转换器等。实现了对单晶铜连铸速度、铜水液位高度的超低速高精度控制。经试验找到了单晶铜生产过程中的最佳控制参数,生产出了合格的单晶铜铸棒。
In order to look for optimum control parameters, A new control system for the heated mould continuous casting of a single crystal copper growth has been developed. Main components of the system are the SPCE 061A MCU ,DAC and AC servo motor, and so on. Accurate control for continuous casting speed and metal position has been realized. Optimum control parameter has been discovered. Pure copper ingot bar has been produced.
