摘要 讨论了装配设计的两类方法,提出了面向装配设计的四条准则。产品设计时考虑这些装配因素将大大提高产品装配性能和生产效率。提出了装配规划的并行评价准则。探讨了基于装配规划序列分析,面向装配的再设计方法。 Two approaches to mechanical assembly design are studied. The first emphasizes the im- portance of considering the assembly requirements at the early stage of product design. Four princi- ples of assembly design are proposed. The first principlc states that the simpler the product construc- tion is , the easier it will be to assemble the product. Secondly , it is pointed out that the manufactur- ing properties of the parts should be evaluated also at the early stage of product design. Thirdly , it is required that the parts should be easty to fix so as to reduce the manufacturing cost. Finally , the parts or subasemblies should be easy to assemble. The second is a feedback approach to assembly design based on assembly sequence analysis. According to this approach , the better the parallelism of the as- sembly sequence is , the less time will be needed to assemble the product. As a result , a certain part of a product may have to be redesigned to shorten the length of the assembly planning sequence. The un- certain factors affecting the product assembly are discussed and corresponding measures to overcome them are proposed.
