摘要 为满足ABS台架试验的需要,提出了采用伺服电机控制齿圈的运动以再现轮速信号的方法。采用实车ABS系统的齿圈和轮速传感器,将需要再现的实际轮速信号编程下载到运动控制器中,再控制伺服驱动器驱动电机带动齿圈转动,获得所需轮速信号。台架试验表明,所设计试验装置生成的轮速信号曲线与设定的ABS控制过程中轮速曲线符合得较好,满足ABS疲劳寿命台架试验和ABS控制器功能测试等对轮速信号的需要。 In order to meet the needs of ABS bench test, an approach is put forward using servo motor to control the movement of the gear rings for the Reoccurrence of the wheel speed signals, Using real gear rings and wheel speed sensors of ABS system, a program is written and loaded into the motion coordinator, and the wheel speed signals for simulating the ABS control process are obtained while the gear rings are driven by the servo motor, Bench tests show that the speed signals created by the experiment equipment accords with that of the control process of the ABS very well,and meet the requirements for the bench test of ABS fatigue life and the controller' s functional tests.
