摘要
以BOGAO×NG94-156的RIL群体158个家系为材料,于2005年和2006年测定该RIL群体的鲜英出仁率并构建遗传图谱进行QTL定位。采用WinQTL Cart V2.5中的复合区间作图法进行QTL分析,结果表明,两年资料对出仁率QTL的定位结果基本一致,其中位于E和N连锁群上的两个QTLs在两年中均被检测到,可解释7.59%~10.04%的表型变异。此外利用QTL Mapper 1.6对以上定位结果进行验证并估计与环境的互作效应,结果表明,两种方法定位结果基本一致,其中一个加性QTL(qsp-11)与环境存在显著的互作效应。本研究首次对鲜英出仁率进行QTL分析,旨在为分子标记辅助选择育种提供理论基础。
The recombinant inbred lines(RIL), including 158 lines, from the cross BOGAO × NG94-156, were used as experimental materials in this study. Based on the linkage map constructed mainly with single sequence repeat (SSR) markers using this RIL population, the software WinQTL Cart V2.5 and the composite interval mapping were employed to identify quantitative traits loci(QTL) associated with shelling percentage of fresh pod in 2005 and 2006 years. It was found that the results of mapping QTL for shelling percentage were similar for these two years. Two QTLs mapped on linkage group E and N could be detected in two years, and they could be explained 7. 59%-10. 04% of the total variation of the shelling percentage,respectively. In addition,the software QTL Mapper 1.6 was applied to detect QTLs and estimate additive environment interaction effects of QTLs. The result indicated that the results of mapping QTL for shelling percentage were similar for these two methods. There were one QTL with additive environment interaction effect. The QTL for shelling percentage of fresh pod mapped firstly in this study,which will serve as a solid platform for the molecular marker assisted selection.
