Connecting with exterior grounding conductor is an effective measure to decrease ground grid grounding impedance.To determine the effective length of exterior lead of ground grid,the relation between the ground grid size and the effective length of exterior grounding lead,and the relation between the radius of connecting conductor and the result of exterior grounding were analyzed.The basis for extension conductor＇s scientific design and construction of exterior grounding was provided.
