摘要
目的:对百合科藜芦属植物藜芦Veratrum nigrumL.的黄酮类化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法:采用溶剂法、硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行成分分离和纯化,通过理化性质和波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从藜芦乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为3-甲氧基异鼠李素(3-methoxylisorhamnetin,1)、异鼠李素(isorham-netin,2)、3-甲氧基槲皮素(3-methoxylquercetin,3)、槲皮素(quercetin,4)、异槲皮苷(isoquercitrin,5)、3,5,7-三羟基-3′,5′-二甲氧基黄酮(3,5,7-trihydroxy-3′,5-′dimethoxylflavone,6)、5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(5,7,4-′trihydroxy-3-′methoxyl-fla-vone,7)、5,7,3′,4′-四羟基黄酮(5,7,3′,4-t′etrahydroxyflavone,8)、5,7,3′,5′-四羟基黄酮(5,7,3′,5-′tetrahydroxyflavone,9)。结论:化合物1-9均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of flavones of Veratrum nigrum L..Methods:The compounds were isolated by repeated column chromatography over Sephadex LH-20,RP C18 and silica gel.The compounds obtained were identified according to their physicochemical properties and spectral data(UV,ESI-MS,1H-NMR and13C-NMR).Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as 3-methoxylisorhamnetin(1),isorhamnetin(2),3-methoxylquercetin(3),quercetin(4),isoquercitrin(5),3,5,7-trihydroxy-3′,5′-dimethoxylflavone(6),5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxylflavone(7),5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone(8),5,7,3′,5′-tetrahydroxyflavone(9),respectively.Conclusion:All of the compounds 1-9 are separated from Veratrum nigrum L.for the first time.
