Objective：To discuss the modern management of department of pharmaceutical preparation in hospital.Methods：The thinking mode,basic principle and application of this management mode are introduced.Results：When the modern thinking mode is established and modern management mode is used fully,the goal of regular,orderly and high-quality development can be achieved.Conclusion：The quality of product and efficiency of work can be improved by application of the ideology and means of modern administration in the department of pharmaceutical preparation in hospital.
