运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对江西省大学生休闲体育的现状进行调查研究,试图了解和掌握江西省大学生参与休闲体育的现状,体育参与的行为特征,并针对存在的问题提出行之有效的发展对策,为江西省高校体育教育的改革提供参考依据。

Through the research methods of questionnaire investigation and statistics analysis and the investigation of the current recreational sport of the university students in Jiangxi province, the paper presents the current situation of the recreational sport of the university students in Jiangxi province and also proposes the countermeasures of the problems.
