我国表演性幼儿基本体操教练员现状

Current situation of infant basic performing gymnastics coaches in China

以第16届"李宁杯"全国幼儿基本体操表演大会的51支代表队的教练员为研究对象,从一般情况、知识和能力结构、再学习和训练状况4个方面对幼儿基本体操教练员现状进行研究。结果显示:教练员群体呈年轻化趋势,学历层次较高,但运动经历缺乏;知识和能力结构不够全面;获取知识途径较单一;部分教练存在急功近利的思想等,并由此提出了相应的建议。

This paper showed the researches of the current situation of the infant basic performing gymnastics coaches in China based on the general situation, knowledge and competence structure, re-study and training situation, taking the coaches of the 51 delegation groups at the 16th Lining Cup National Infant Basic Performing Gymnastics Competition as the subjects of study. Many of the coaches were young and had good academic background but they lacked the sports experience;their knowledge and competence structure was not perfect;some coaches were thirst for instant success. In view of the above, countermeasures were put forth.
