Sports teaching quality guarantee system and operational system in universities in China

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从理论层面探讨了高校体育教学质量保障体系及其运行机制,旨在为普通高校理顺体育教学管理体制,深化体育教学改革提供参考和理论依据。研究认为:高校体育教学质量保障体系由管理制度、组织体系、条件保证、评估与诊断、信息管理和质量监控6大系统构成;它在一定环境中按照投入、运行、产出的逻辑顺序运行。

Through the research methods of literature study and logical analysis, the paper discusses the sports teaching quality guarantee system and operational system in order to provide reference for further reform of the sports teaching in ordinary universities. It shows that the university sports teaching quality system are consisted of management system, organization system, condition system, assessment and diagnosis and information management and quality supervision. The system works through investment,operation and production in a certain environment.
