摘要
为解决不确定条件下的项目调度问题,分析了复杂产品开发项目调度的不确定性,定义了一种扩展的高级关系Petri网,基于扩展的高级关系Petri网建立不确定环境下的复杂产品开发项目调度模型,并结合层次分析法和扩展的高级关系Petri网模型来解决各个子项目优先权的不确定问题,通过实例对项目调度模型进行了仿真和分析,最后给出结论和进一步的工作。
To deal with uncertain project scheduling problem, the uncertainty of project scheduling for complex product development was firstly analyzed. Then, an Extension-based High-Level Relation Petri Net(EHLRP-N)was defined. Scheduling model of complex product project under uncertain circumstance was established based on EHLRPN. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and EHLRP-N were used to solve uncertain priority problems for sub-projects. Simulation and analysis of the model were proved by an example. Finally, results and the future work were also pointed out.
