摘要 针对协同产品开发过程中个体协作伙伴的选择问题,提出了一种基于主观偏好的协作伙伴评价选择算法。在该算法中,建立了包括主观偏好的评价指标体系和主观偏好模型,给出了主观偏好值和各客观评价指标属性值的确定方法。然后,利用最小偏差法构建了基于偏好的客观评价指标权重确定模型。在此基础上,用加权法求得协作伙伴的客观评价值,并以客观评价值的大小对成员进行排序和选择。对于人员选择中出现的冲突问题,借鉴博弈论的相关方法加以解决。最后,通过具体的工程算例给出了详细的求解过程,说明了该算法的有效性。 To solve partner selection problem in collaborative product development, an algorithm of Preference-based Collaborative Partners Selection(PCPS)was proposed. In this algorithm, the evaluation index system and model of subjective bias were established. Then, a method was presented to define the value of subjective bias and each objective evaluation index. Meanwhile, preference-based objective evaluation index was constructed by minimum deviation method. Based on the above model, weighting method was used to obtain objective evaluation value for collaborative partners. Members were sequenced and selected according to their objective evaluation values. A method in game theory was introduced to resolve conflicts in the personal selection process. Finally, an engineering example was provided to demonstrate concrete solving process and the validity of the algorithm was shown.
