摘要
目的建立肝炎合剂中黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法。采用Symmetry C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(47∶53∶0.2),检测波长为276nm。结果此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.2%。结论此方法简便、准确,可用于测定肝炎合剂中黄芩苷的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Ganyan mixtures. METHODS The Symmetry C18 column of 4. 6mm × 150mm,5μm was used. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-water-H3PO4 （47：53：0. 2）. The detective wavelength was 276nm. RESULTS The Linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of 99.2%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination of the contents of baicalin in Ganyan Mixtures.
