摘要
教师从事教育研究是教师专业成长的一种方式。在对学科教育各专业开设《教育科学研究方法》课程的过程中,通过反思性实践的方式不断生成并重组教学内容,运用讲授课、实践课、指导课、讨论课、经验交流等多种教学方式,采取形成性评价和学生档案回顾的自我评价方式,进行了一系列教学改革。结果表明,学生通过从事教育研究实践,加深了对教育理论及实践的理解,提升了对教育实践活动的理论关照能力,初步实现了专业思想启蒙的专业化目的。
Research on educational activities is a good way for teachers to improve their professional qulity. During the teaching of Research Methods in Education Science, I have taken a series of reform through generating the curriculum by my reflective teaching practice such as teaching through talking, practicing, diagnostic teaching, discussion and exchanging the researching experience. And as for the evaluation, I have adopted formative assessment and self-assessment by portfolio. The results shows that the research practice deepens students' understanding of educational theories and practice, promoting their ability in reflecting practice by theories, and realizing the goal of enlightening their professional ideas.
