近几年,高职教育迅速发展,但教育资源相对短缺且利用效率低下的矛盾日益突出,对此,有必要从体制变革和制度创新的视角,借鉴我国企业改革的成功经验,通过集约化办学合理配置和充分利用教育资源。这是在一定范围内实现资源共享,降低办学成本,提高办学效率,促进校企深度合作和工学结合的有效途径。

With the fast development of higher-vocational education in the last few years, shortage of educational resources and its low utilization became more prominent. So it is necessary to look at this issue from the angle of system reform and innovation and allocate the educational resources wisely and make full use of them through intensive schooling. All these should be based on the success of China＇s enterprise reform. It is a good way to make resources sharing come true in certain areas, lower schooling costs, promote schooling efficiency and push forward the cooperation between enterprise and school, the combination of working and learning.
