高等职业院校的发展应与社会主义市场经济体制相适应,与生产劳动和社会实践紧密结合。产学结合是高职院校发展和企业发展的共同需要。产学结合的核心是校企互动。产学结合有效地解决了学生对行业主流技术的掌握和专业核心能力的提高,并提高了高职毕业生的岗位适应性和社会认可度。

Development of higher vocational education must adapt to socialist market economy system, integrating teaching and learning into production and social practice. Cooperation between colleges and enterprises is essential to both of them and the core is mutual interaction. It will improve students＇ ability to master main technology and professional knowledge as well as adaptation to future jobs. This article discusses theoretical basis, practicing value, contents, patterns and the appropriate operating mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
