从人才定义的本质、人才培养目标的定位和高职教育的目的三方面,对目前高职院校人才培养模式进行分析,并对以人为本的内涵进行阐述,形成以人为本建构高职人才培养模式的一般模型和方法。

This article has analysised the personnel training pattern of the higher vocational colleges from three aspects： the essential of talented person, the personnel training goal localization and the higher vocational education＇s goal, has carried on the elaboration to the people-oriented connotation, finally elaborated the general model and the method of constructing personnel training pattern of the higher vocation talented person by people-oriented.
