摘要
从阐述柔性管理的内涵入手,分析高校教师团队冲突的内涵、分类及其在团队生命周期各阶段的表征,从而引出运用柔性管理理论解决高校教师团队冲突的理论依据及其必要性,同时提出了实施的具体措施。
This paper started from the meaning of flexible management and the characters of teachers' teams in college, analyzed the connotation and types of conflicts in the teams, explained the different appearance of different conflicts in each stage of the teams. It told us the necessity of using flexible management theory to resolve the conflicts and the reason. Finally, it proposed some specific measures.
