摘要 突破型高新技术产业对经济增长具有突破带动作用,日益受到政府和产业界的重视,当前急需研究突破型高新技术产业的独特发展规律。本文基于突破性创新理论和组织理论,分析了高新技术产业的内涵、特征及发展思路,为国家产业政策的制定提供理论借鉴。 The Radical High-Tech Industries has been focused because of its breakthrough role in driving economic growth, the need to study the distinct development law of high-tech based industry is more and more sharp. Based on the perspective of radical innovation and industrial organization, the paper analyzes the content, characteristics and development ideas of the high-tech based industry and hope to give the theoretical consult for government to establish industrial policy.
