摘要
20世纪90年代以来,定量化研究成为企业文化研究的重要方法和发展趋势。根据Geert Hofstede的文化测度模型,设计了《企业文化调查问卷》,选取电信运营企业进行抽样调查,对调查结果进行技术处理,用定性和定量相结合的方法研究企业文化的基本特征和现状。
Since 1990s', quantitative study has been an important method and a trend. This paper designed a set of investigating questionnaires about corporate culture, according to five-dimensional culture theory of Geert Hofstede. Some sampling surveys were made in the telecom-operating enterprises. Key attributes and current states were also studied by qualitative and quantitative method.
